Yet again we are heading to The Southbank Centre for the New Year’s festivities and will be part of a huge party taking place at the centre. Posted Wed 30th Nov 2011 Varsity Ski Trip Donning our ski jackets and salopettes, next week sees us visiting Val Thorens’ pristine slopes for the Varsity Ski Trip. Running all next week the trip is one of the highlights of the Oxbridge calendar and features not only the chance for the students to get out and ski and compete but possibly the greatest après ski available anywhere. Posted Mon 17th Oct 2011 Good Bye Summer So we've reached the end of another great British summer and autumn has kicked in in full force (although the weather did try to trick us last week) but what a summer it has been for us. Posted Tue 23rd Aug 2011 Reading and Leeds This weekend SilentArena return to the Reading and Leeds festivals and its going to be even bigger. Reading has two 3,000 capacity tents, one in red camp and the other in orange. Red camp will feature our own DJs as well as top celebrity DJs including; Steve Lamacq, Bethan Elfyn, Huw Stephens and Jen Long. With the festival gaining more and more momentum every year it’s one of our favourites and this year the festival was packed out with all 60,000 tickets sold out. Posted Tue 19th Jul 2011 Largest Silent Disco On 2nd July in Grenoble France we hosted the biggest Silent Disco event ever! The Parc Paul Mistral was converted into a festival like experience with a huge stage and bar setup for the thousands of revellers who came to party late into the night. Not only do we buy up the rainforest with CoolEarth to help protect our planet but we also like to do at least one charity event a year, in the past doing events for RNID and RNLI as well as regularly helping out Relay for Life events. Posted Thu 2nd Jun 2011 Primavera Festival Whilst some of the team were enjoying the glitz and glamor of the BAFTAs a few more headed to Spain for the In-Edit Silent Cinema at San Miguel Primavera Sound in Barcelona. The festival was host to some 40,000 people a day and featured the likes of Pulp, The Flaming Lips and PJ Harvey.
